2024 6^th The Spring School on Engineering Trustworthy Software Systems (SETSS 2024)

From 2014 to 2019, we organized five annual consecutive editions of the International School on Engineering Trustworthy Software Systems (SETSS). These editions were very successful and popular within the software engineering community, particularly among young researchers interested in formal methods for trustworthy software. Unfortunately, we had to suspend the 6th edition while in the midst of organizing it due to the Covid pandemic. We are now pleased to announce the resumption of the school, with the postponed 6th edition scheduled to take place from April 15-21, 2024, at Southwest University in Chongqing, China. The academic program of SETSS 2024 will offer approximately five to six one-day courses, along with a one-and-a-half-day workshop. This year's thematic focus is on the modeling, specification, and verification of human-cyber-physical systems. The courses will be led by internationally renowned experts in the field, invited by the Academic Committee of SETSS 2024. Following the five days of taught courses, the workshop will provide an opportunity for school participants to exchange research ideas. This will include presentations on proposed research questions, ongoing work, and new research results. There will be a separate Call for Papers for the workshop. It is planned In addition to the academic schedule, we will also organize social events aimed at fostering informal discussions about research, teaching, and potential collaborations. These events will also offer participants the opportunity to enjoy the historical and cultural sights of Chongqing, a city renowned for its attractiveness as a tourist destination. The previous editions have resulted in Springer LNCS volumes after the event. We still need to secure an agreement for the proceedings for this  school, but we are confident, given our track record in this and other Springer proposals.
